The breakfast was excellent and great and we appreciated the dining room where it was served. The staff were caring, took care of us during 2 days stay. The place was reasonably priced.

    Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

It had great location, not far from Leek town centre, shops, and Peak Weavers restaurant. Besides, it was only 1 km from Rudyard Lake.

Emma welcomed us warmly and even helped with our bags. The room was spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable king bed, and the breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and delicious. It's also conveniently located with easy access to the peak district.

i wish the decor was a bit more inviting.

    characterful building
    full english breakfast
    clean rooms
    entertainment options

We had a wonderful family stay with our five teenagers! The Perfect location allowed us to explore the charming town, and the characterful building added to our experience. The rooms were very clean, and the full English breakfast was a highlight for everyone. A great base for our walks around The Roaches!

In my children's opinion, they wished for more entertainment options on-site.

Ask for a room on the lower floor if you have mobility issues to avoid steep stairs.

    excellent breakfast
    convenient parking
    crowded street
    navigational challenge
    budget room limitations

Wonderful food and an perfect breakfast. The location allows for a quick walk into town, yet remains peacefully quiet. While the street parking was crowded, the designated area on-site was very accessible. A newly parked mobile home posed a slight challenge for navigating the steep driveway.

    friendly service
    heavy luggage

The warmth of my welcome set the tone immediately. Emma helped carry my bags and was full of great recommendations. I took a King Room, and it was spotlessly clean with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast blew me away. The freshly cooked full English was delicious! It got me ready for exploring. The hotel is in a peaceful spot, just a short walk into the town center. But overall, it was a good stay.
